Are you good at remembering birthdays?

Sadly I’m not. I remember mine, my sister’s, my childhood crush’s, and dassit lmao.  I don't know if its cause I hit my head about 10 years back but my short term memory is shit so I dont remember much of what I’m told in the moment. I remember my mom and grandpa’s sometimes. Sorry grams but i forgot yours. I don’t even try to remember my dad’s. I only occasionally remember friends whose bdays were also in Feb but everyone else is a goner. My bad y'all. Maybe i intentionally forget so I ain't gotta buy em nothin lmao.! I mean bdays were great 21 and under but once you hit a certain age, you’re just reminded you’re getting older. Ion wanna think about that lol. Besides I’m gonna celebrate all the 21+ bdays the same... restaurant, movies, casino, and shopping haha. Nun new... I just wanna say happy birthday to everyone I forgot and will forget  🙌🎂🥳  Shoot, my memory so bad that I clearly forgot I’m at work or maybe I just dont give a shit today #FeelFreeToList #AlliWantForMyBdayIsaBigBootyTho

Yup! Sadly, my ex wasn't. It wasn't because of that that we broke up though, that would be silly.

What's there not to remember? ? ! Especailly if it's a person I like! I remember my grandma's birthdays (both of them, especially when they were alive). I remember my own parent's birthday's, my older bros, my cousins (well a lot of them lol). I even remember a couple of my exe's birthdays.

It's a date that occurs EVERY year (usually as long as the person is alive, and even after). It would be RUDE not to remember. How would you like it (or people who don't remember other's birthday's) if THEIR birthday was forgotten! Hurtful right? ? ! Shows how much you listen and care about the other person!

These days I don't make remembering people's birthday a priority.
I used to go out my way to... Sending cards, sending texts and or calling.
But it wasn't reciprocated and people would be rude enough to even say they didn't remember but their mum had reminded them or they saw it on Facebook...

I decided to make myself more of a priority and not to harbour those feelings

I can be good at it, I remember some birthdays very well and mostly people in the fam or from school cuz I'd hear the announcements say who's birthday it is everyday at school. I remember about half my childhood crushs' bdays. But I forget my friends' birthdays constantly. I don't ever care that much if people remember mine or don't but its nice sometimes I guess. I kinda feel more connected with the people who are like "hey your birthday's coming up sometime ain't it?" Also Happy Birthday! If this post was like a low key hint haha

I have some good friends that I mean I can't even remember my phone number but I do have friends that I will surprise myself even and one day just called them up or go get them a birthday present and show up tell them happy birthday and leave I don't know why it is but there are some special people in my life that we are just friends but for some reason they have touched me and I want to do something nice for them

Same shit here, I be forgettin, most people that Im cool wit will send me an invite for their party later n I have to do last min gift searching. Like you said only birthday I know off the top of my head is my pops. At this point I buy birthday card, graduation, fathers day, mothers day card in bulk n keep them in an envelope in my car that way I always at least have a card and some money lol

If there's one thing I remember it's people's birthdays and some other small stuff about them.
I remember all my former classmates birthdays from as far as 6 years ago! Maybe that's why I'm not able to remember important information because all of this useless info about other people is inside my darn head.

I remember mine, my wife's, my sister's and my niece's. That's it. My parents, grand parents, aunts and uncles are gone and I'm not that close to my cousins.

I have a hard enough time remembering names, let alone birthdays. LOL
I rely on on-line reminders and sometimes post happy birthday on Facebook.

I do have a full family genealogy where all the information is noted if I need to look it up.

I guess not because it is limited to my immediate family and still I sometimes don't don't realize the day has reached and also I only remember my friend's own because it's on the most popular holiday... I don't remember most holiday unless obviously like April fools... new years

Depends who birthday it is. Me and my brother are twins so it easy to remember his lol and my half sister and my dad have there birthday on the same day. My mom was pretty easy to remember because to was usually after mother's day and I have a cousin who birthday is on Christmas Eve but other than that I don't really remember.

Not really, mostly my nuclear family and girlfriend's. I remember a few other ones because they're easy to me. My girlfriend's sister is on January 30, my cousin's is on May 15, and 25 (mine also), my former best friend is May 21, my aunt's is on May 30, my girlfriend's parents are 5 days before and after my dad's, and my girlfriend's niece is July 5.
