Backing in is easier for me. I don’t use cameras. I use my neck and mirrors 😂
Generally reverse in as I hate reversing out into traffic.

Men always be backing in like this and it's soo annoying 🙄
No I don't do this cause it's pointless and makes it more difficult to use the trunk.
Oh my gosh that was so funny! And it does definitely make it harder to use the trunk. Maybe I’m just too single still but I use the back seat more anyways so that isn’t an issue for me. But I can see how it would he with kids. I was also taught to back up during the winter because it is much easier to drive forward out of a pile of snow then it is to back out. But again if that isn’t an issue then what is the point. I see your reasoning! Lol!
Yeah I have to use the trunk a lot for a stroller and to change diapers in there. I need the room. I'll very very occasionally back up when washing the car or fixing it but for regular parking I'll just pull in.
Anytime I see someone back in now I automatically think about this video and him saaying "I'm soo manly" especially if it's a guy 😂
I mean I definitely feel like i am goi g to use that “I’m gonna pout you in a hurst if you don’t pout it in reverse.” From now on! And yeah all the kiddo stuff! That makes sense! I feel like in that case I would even get in to parking further back just so that if I need to It would be easier to do whatever. Like in the back of most parking lots.
I generally back in, most of the time. It's just a habit from getting groceries, or whatnot. Easier to unload the car with the trunk closer to the house. 🤷♂️
I've also never used the backup camera, either. Another habit, I guess. I've been driving since before backup cameras were a thing, so not physically turning to look out the back window would seem wrong to me.
Results: I've never seen this as a gendered thing.
If I owned a car right now, I would pull in simply cause it's safer and easier. Backing in is harder unless you're a good driver and takes longer. Its only benefit is it makes leaving easier.
My driveway is behind my house, off an alleyway. I'll back in if I'm going to be loading or unloading my trunk, just to limit how much I'm walking around or leaving it open and exposed to anyone going down the alleyway. I'll also back in if its going to be brutally cold (like -30F) so if I need a jump start the hood and battery within are facing out and accessible.
Your grandma might be right, because I never reverse into a parking spot.
Backing in will always be easier, some people just will never understand that because they are too afraid to try 😂
I back in. It's much easier to get out when I'm leaving.
It depends. Most of the time I pull straight in, but if I am at work and I want to leave as soon as I am able to then I back into the space in the morning. At stores I often pull straight in so the trunk is easier to get to when I buy stuff.
I back in… however I agree with Nana. I only started this backing in stuff since working as a car salesman 😂😂
Pulling in is easier.
Back in and without camera 😆
Back in
I pull out at the last second.
I can't drive. Im waiting for a man to drive me.
