Does ice cream decrease your period flow?

So usually I never ever eat ice cream during my period cause of the pain and cramps but despite the cramping I was having I ate the ice cream. I get heavy flows for the first 2-3 days, this is my third day bug my flow is a lot less than how it usually is...

Don’t know, certain food do such as lemons. Ice cream does prevent your body from adsorbing iron so many
