Can drinking lemsip help relief period pains?

I just don't find it helpful to take any sort of normal pain killers. I noticed that the lemsip contains 1000mg of paracetamol. Do you guys reckon drinking lemsip drink would help those horrible cramps?

Yes it will... BECAUSE IT HAS PARACETAMOL IN AND THATS A PAINKILLER!! just don't also take painkillers (any other paracetamol kind) because you'll end up overdosing... though you'd probably find ibuprofen better as it works better on muscle pain and that's what the cramps are!
