Does your menstrual flow go heavier with age?

I've noticed that my period blood is getting heavier each time, like I remember when I was a teenager, I would need a single pack of 8 pads per cycle (5 days). Now, I’m near my 30s and I need 2 packs and a half. Is it just me? Does that mean I'm near my menopause?

It's probably different for every woman but having kids has made my periods heavy af. I don't think it's a age thing but mine have been getting worse as I'm getting older because of that

My periods have always been very light. It might have something to do with staying physically active, but I still get excruciating back, leg and abdominal pain and mood swings.

No I don't see it changing much. First one or two light then a heavy day leading into a very light next day then done.

Mostly light finished in three days, two pads per day, but very rarely it gets heavy first day two pads and next two days three pads and 4th day One pads only, and finished

Every woman is different.
Aging. Gained health issues. Lots can change a flow.
