For the most part I don’t
I might cry for like a minute at best and then I get a bit angry for another 4 or 5 minutes and then I take a nap
After I wake up I get a cold bottle of water and watch tv
Theirs only one person in recent years that actually made me feel sad for more than a day

i need complete and utter solitude and silence to grieve lock my door blast white noise and reminisce until I finish a 4.5liter of grey goose ( by then I usually blackout)
I try to diverse my social connections or celebrate the ones I have to cope with loss, and sometimes writing a story about how they a conclusion is beautiful and has benefits helps, but you did not specify what the grief situation is so I don’t know if I helped.
Starve myself and do dumb shit to my hair tbh
