Oh goodie. I like this question. I will make this a two part answer. First part... no, I am not at all. I opined on another question from @emiliamazing about my home project mishap when my SO was out of town.
Long story short, I made a mess and generally made things worse. That was not good. As far as other simply things, I have been allowed a screwdriver. That is it. I complained it was too hard to use.
So, he got me a rechargeable battery powered screwdriver. Much better. I can go around fixing whatever you can fix or put together with that thing. That is where my handiness stops (unless you have put this in sexuality, which I am way off topic then).
Now, I am good at helping with projects. Because of my superior height, as long as I have clear directions, I help out my SO on home renovations when he asks. I don't mind at all and usually learn some things.
I cannot imagine I would be much help if I were shorter than I am. That would likely just be embarrassing. Though, I could fit under tables and inside cabinets to fix simple things like a hinge if I were smaller.
Missing anything @blackcupcake?

I wouldn't consider myself very handy. I can address and identify certain issues but it's usually the hubby or a professional that addresses the problems.
You seem to be a glutton for punishment this morning :-). I wonder, if you might be very handy, but with the height challenges you face, are you able to implement these skills?
Mostly, yes, but there are limits.
I just installed some waterfall faucets in the bathrooms, despite not being a plumber.
I ended up having to replace a P-trap because the old one kept leaking - which is why I'm not a plumber. LOL. I've also replaced the toilets from the crap the building contractors install.
But I do anything electrical or electronic/technology, I paint (inside and out), do minor dry-wall repairs, stucco repairs, fencing, landscaping, and some plumbing. I've got "smart" everything - thermostats, fire/CO2 detectors, sprinkler controllers, lights, locks, cameras, etc.
I don't do flooring - I'm sure I could, but I don't have any desire to do it - nor roofing. Some jobs are best left for the professionals. And any more complicated plumbing would qualify.
Houses are simple, when your profession is making ships and yachts :)
I'm quite happy about my all-rounder skills - saves me a lot of money.
Only electronics are magic to me... that's where the money goes that I had saved :D

Yeah if anything is broken or needs to be replace I do it myself because I ain't gonna beg anyone to help me. Google has been a life saver many times.
