Having things uncontrol is not the same as having them in your grasp... you start thinking you have things in your grasp or completely under control then you are only setting yourself up for failure. Do your best to do the right things, and hope for the best.
You start getting cocky or over confident then the other person, starts to think there is a need for them to do something... and then you never know what that something might be. Nothing is ever 100% in your grasp or under your control... and once you start thinking they, the circumstances might change on you without you realizing it.

  I hate doing that to customers. The fed needs to know where the gun is so when they start rounding people up they know where to expect resistance and where they can just walk in and start bullying people.
