There are some YouTube videos on this. I don't know the names off hand but do a Google Search and you should find some. They will give you some sound advice but you're going to have to ignore some of their bragging and BS and find the pointers you think work best for you. I would add that you need to invest in yourself by getting a good job, getting yourself your own car and even house and those are good starters. Then you can work on your physique at the same time and those things start to make you a high quality guy. As those things progress you work on your approach towards women and these things add value to you and form a "part" not all of what makes you appealing to women. No woman is gonna be interested in a guy living in his mom's basement driving a Prius to work and back for his job at Best Buy. Hope this helps.
