I woke up at 2 am and I wanted to sleep in to 5 am. Fat chance for that to happen

I am a permanently exhausted pigeon forced to be an early bird. Between work and school I’m up at 5-6am every day and on the off chance I have a day off my body still wakes me up early and I have some difficulty falling asleep again

Right now I am. But usually work evening-nigh shifts. With our kitchen being remade someone has to supervise. And sleeping ain’t happening.

I have to get up at 4:30 on work days. So “sleeping in” means 5:30 or 6 a. m. I luv sleep, so if i don’t have to set an alarm, i don’t.

My get up time is 3 am I have to feed the cattle on the weekends my wife does it so I can sleep till 5am
