Does a house like this really cost 11K?

I'm dying to move out of my damn apartment complex and officially get my own place. as small as it seems I think that house is perfect for me cause I am a bachelor and I am planning on keeping it that way for the next few years.

till then I was wondering, 11K sounds too damn good to be true specially if you live in my state that charges the most interest, has a high cost of living, and so far all the cheapest houses I seen here are in 100-200K

I just had a chat with the owner of this video and he revealed that he is actually from the Phillipines! had a feeling that this couldnt be in America. had to be a third world country where owning property is as easy as buying candy and they probably do not know what "interest" is
