Once, when I was in my younger teens, I was in the bathroom with the shower running and steam filling the room. I was lying on the rug next to the sink jerking off when my mom opened the door. I jumped up and yelled "Get out!" before she looked inside, but she knew what I was doing.
Another time, when I was maybe 18, I was having sex with a girlfriend in my room. She was sitting on the edge of the bed and lying back. I was standing on the floor, crouched.
All of a sudden, my mom knocked on the door (which had no lock). We both jumped up. My girlfriend hurried into the open closet and I hid behind my tall guitar amplifier next to it.

Yes, I was sending a picture of the longest continuous poop I've ever seen that was still in the bowl to my friend show was on the other end of the call. He didn't realize I was on the porcelain throne but I thought he'd appreciate the pic. He saw it and I started laughing and I guess gave enough context for anyone who may be in restroom to understand. So, after some thorough cleaning, I exit the stall and see two guys looking at me like I'm a nasty piece of shit. I was a little embarrassed but their curiosity got the best of them and the embarrassment went away after I showed them my art.
I walked in on guys in the men's washroom by mistake. I was SO embarassed when I saw their back. Standing in their I'm doing my business position, I realised I entered the wrong washroom. I quickly put my palms on my eyes and freaked out and screamed "Oh My God! In so sorry. It was a mistake! I didn't see anything!! I'm leaving" which made them notice me... I heard a chuckle and someone say "It's okay. Be careful! You might get hurt" because I walked away and got out with my eyes covered by my hands and me using my foot to open the door
I was at the seaside resort, staying in the guest house and the neighbor was a 24 years old guy who lived in the same yard, but in a different building.
There was an outdoors shower installed and it had a cover on it, so nobody could see you and when I showered I thought nobody was there, plus I had covers around the shower and didn’t worry.
However, it was sunny though a windy day and the wind seemed to put the cover away while I had my eyes closed, that was my habit when I shampooed my hair. So I didn’t notice until later.
I was at a friend's apartment and REALLY had to poop; something hadn't agreed with me. At the time, a guy I had a crush on was there so I was trying to keep it together. I slipped away and went to the bathroom. Little did I know that the lock on the door, while it moved, was broken and didn't lock. Not exactly walked in on but many years ago while my family was downstairs with friends waiting and some relatives visiting I was upstairs talking to my then girlfriend on the phone. We talked about what we were going to do with each other.
I came downstairs & everyone was giggling and my Mom was pissed. My younger sibling turned on speaker phone they heard it all.
I walked in on my brother's wife in the bathroom. The door was cracked open and it was dark and she was on the toilet. I told her I was sorry but she said nothing other than didn't I see the door. Luckily I didn't see her private part as she had her legs closed.
A handful of times in my life it's happened while using the bathroom. It's never happened to me with anything R-rated or X-rated in the bedroom though.
When I was younger my bm's mother walked in on her giving me head it was weird, cause she didn't say anything she just walked out & acted like she didn't see it happen.
