I do because I end up buying stuff I don't need or no longer need when I move to a different home 🙈 Also, the more I moved over the years, the less I want to move stuff. So, I'll end up giving them to someone if it's in good condition or if it doesn't seem useful, I discard them. The less stuff I'll need to move, the less I'll have to worry about stuff getting broken. 😅

Yes I already don't keep much but things still assemble just because I'm focused on other stuff rather than throwing things away that I don't need so moving is always a nice opportunity because the less stuff I have to move the better so I can just go wild :) I usually don't move with a lot of stuff then and it makes it easy :)

I'm a packrat, I admit it. I have a hard time getting rid of anything. Last year when I lost most of my positions, I felt I lost my little world I created, lol.

I only purge toxins after heavy drug and alcohol consumption I believe it’s why my tolerance is so high because I cycle it in and out
