Yes, if you would be a photon you would get everywhere in an instant. Technically you wouldn't have a perception of time at all. You can't accelerate to the speed of light as a photon nor decelerate, you always have that speed.
Sure time passe for light, but it doesn't have a mind or organs to pervieve time passing.
Time stops at light speed, which means no time passes for light.
i don't know how it works for light or something moving at light speed.
As far as i know, for matter the time slows down, the faster you move, but as far as i know, matter will never reach lightspeed.
