In the U. S. you are White as you are from Turkey. Did you mean that?
Sometimes people think White is the same as European American. It is not. It also includes people from the Middle East and Northern Africa. In the East, Pakistan is Asian, but Afghanistan and Iran are both White.
In my country (Switzerland) we do not recognize any races, though.

Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nothern Africa are dark to me. Not white.

Afghanistan is just at the borderline to "Asian". If a Hazara from their self-identifies as Asian that takes priority. However, most Pashtuns would fall under White.
Anyway, you are White, so the question has been answered.
Outside the U. S. it means nothing, anyway, except maybe in South Africa.
