I tried this appetizer at a tower by the waterfall called scallop and shrimp Provençal which is regular sea food marinated in a citrus like tomato and herbal fragmentary dish and I thought it would taste like processed tomato powder with water but it actually tasted like organic olive oil in pasta sauce and it had the perfect sweetening sensation, not overpowering like cake, or overly spiced like a Caesar.
