Why is pedophilia such a big thing with men?

Yes, we know women are not innocent and have slept with their students, and we know there are closet lesbians who have secret sexual relationships with girls, and grandmothers have even molested their own grandkids, but lusting after children is still a much bigger issue with men than it is for women.

I was watching some modern day catch-a-predator videos the other day and I just couldn't help but be puzzled. Adult men going after 11 year-olds and 14 year-olds. I simply cannot understand it, and hearing their bullshit excuses about "having a problem" is not cutting it for me. I can't make sense of it.

How can a grown man be sexually attracted to a girl child? Yes, you do have 13 year-olds who's bodies are maturing, but a girl is still nowhere near the mental and sexual development of an adult woman? How is a child sexually appealing to these men more than a woman, who can perform sexually at a far greater rate than a kid? And how would it make them feel if their own little girl was preyed on or abused by another man?

90 +% aren't pedos but that small percentage equals lots of people. most pedos are like that cause at some point in their childhood or tween years they had some kind of physical or psychological trauma or cerebral dysfonction (often its brain injuries, epilepsy, sexual trauma, neurological disorders) that caused one or more parts of their brain to essentially stop developping and be frozen in time. depending on what parts of the brain freeze it can affect your age preferences in girls. often the age at which that happened is the prefered age. it's like that cause having those parts of your brain stay in childhood forever make you see kids through the eyes of a kid kinda which tricks your brain into thinking little girls are suitable crush material and that its okay to fuck them

the other cause which is mainly for guys who are attracted to tweens or young teens, is a combination of developping as a teen extreme bdsm esque fetishes which can in some guys make you only want certain body types like super petite small frail bodies for ex which is something you get with younger girls (because it enhances the domination aspect), also can make you into having the girl be younger than you cos it enhances also the domination. what kind of porn you watch, what you masturbate to, your earliest sex experiences, your first fetishes leave a very big print on what you'll like as an adult and so if you start getting into that type of stuff as a teen if its combined with a sort of disdain for more mature girls, a desire for control over your potential girlfriend, then yea you can become mainly attracted to super young girls

if we're talking being into 16-17 and up girls though that's actually just biology though, even though its creepy and gross if they're old

a lot of it comes down to power and control. They go after younger girls then themselves even down to kid/teen age so that they can have someone to control. From what I seen these men have trauma. Either been rejected from girls in their youth, failed marriages or issues in their childhood. They never had any power in those situations so they find someone else to take it out on.

It's honestly sick but if they would reach out for help go to therapy before that then maybe they'd never become a pedo.

i think for this sort of question it's best to keep emotions out and just think of humans as the animals they are.

For men it biologically makes sense to have sex with a younger female. they are programmed to look for the sexual mate that will have the best chances of giving healthy offspring and surviving. so the highest likelyhood for that will be in very young girls. so that means men have a natural tendency to go for younger mates which consequently also means there will be more men in the extreme outliers in that direction.

whereas the strategy for the human female is vastly different. she needs a male that is well established in life in order for him to optimally provide for her offspring. so naturally the human female is very unlikely to look for a younger mate to procreate with. so the female extreme outliers will have mates that are MUCH older than them. which there's just not that negative social stigma for as there is for pedophilia.

so from a purely logical standpoint, it all makes perfect sense.

my guess is it's a manifestation of the desire to stop aging. This hits men worse that women for some reason. But compound it with the presence of a penis, that wants to be involved in every solution, and I think some guys twist it. They want to insert themselves into the future, literally..

or, maybe it's a judgement thing. Children don't judge people based on their income or penis size so an attraction to those children might be more likely in someone who is deeply insecure about it.

or, possibly, it is a cultivated resentment for not having had girls that age back when they were that age.

It’s bigger for men because evolutionary, men are sexual beings overall, at least most but when he lusts after a young teenage girl who’s still maturing mentally, emotionally, and physically people are going to attack him always always because they see that as a threat to the young girl and usually us women KNEW when we were girls we were emotional, naive, curious, vulnerable etc and lots of people are disgusted by a grown old man trying to take away her dignity and such and it’s super sickening! I’m definitely not trying to normalize this on either genders but from the stories I’ve read and the movies I’ve seen, the behavior in people that I’ve observed and saw in the media and in real life videos and since the beginning of time, since men and boys are overall sexual beings, if it’s a male student and he finds his teacher hot, his moms friend, sisters friend, his babysitter etc, people specifically men are always like”Omg why couldn’t that be me?” Or “That’s so hot!” “Why didn’t I have a teacher like that in school?” Etc. Regardless this shit should never ever be normalized or okay but there is definitely a difference in the way some people perceive the scenarios.

I would imagine these people aren't looking for long term relationships and companionship. They are looking for someone inexperienced and easy to manipulate. The control is likely part of the appeal. Being able to guide them to doing what they want, but also the appeal of feeling like the one who knows what they are doing. They feel superior by "teaching" these kids how to do this. It's a cowards way to try and get off without having to play by the rules of polite society.

They like the innocence and vulnerability which makes them an easy target to violate and exploit and take advantage of. They like the power they have when violating children.

Also I find that society doesn't help us much in this regard either. We promote a lot of beauty standards that are quite disturbing and pedophilic when looked at with further scrutiny. Why men do what they do, I can not answer - power, convenience, taboo, can be many reasons towards why they go after children.

I can say that I've confronted two of the men I babysat for as a kid (&who sometimes "paid" me with sex) that they do NOT think it is alright for adult men to go after their daughters. In fact one was ready to punch me - just for suggesting that his 16 year old girl had a special friend like I did growing up.

My brother and his friend went to the store a couple of years ago. They weren't wearing shirts My brother's friend who was 12 or 13 his pants were slipping down and his underwear showed.
