If a person born with a uterus decided to get a hysterectomy. Do you think they still are biologically female after the surgery?

I would have thought yes they are still a biological female because the surgery didn’t automatically make things like a penis, testicles, prostrate or the ability to produce sperm grow

Yes because on a chromosomal level they’re still XX. All of their organs remains female, a female is not only defined by her uterus. I agree with your point, no matter how much procedures they’ve undergone or how many hormones they take, the body won’t be able to magically grow new organs lol

You also can’t see the uterus without an ultrasound but it still makes the person female even after it’s removed bcs the rest of her body is and will always be female.

If a person has periods or is pregnant that is proof a uterus there
Chromosome dna test can be done and chromosome abnormalities are rare so it’s likely she has the usual XX

My best friend never had a period. She only got it checked out after she turned 21, bcs she finally got worried. Turns out she has PCOS 😅

But like I said a woman is not only defined by her uterus. So even if her uterus is removed she’s still female nonetheless. Just like guys who chop their dicks off, they’re still biologically male no matter how they dress themselves as or even after they get breast implants - they’re still biologically male.

I had to Google search what PCOS is. It never said it cause somebody to get zero periods. It just says it can cause skipped or irregular periods.

Why wouldn't they still be biologically female? They were born as a female, and continue identifying as one. I don't think removing a portion of your reproductive system stops that.
