I would have thought yes they are still a biological female because the surgery didn’t automatically make things like a penis, testicles, prostrate or the ability to produce sperm grow
Yes because on a chromosomal level they’re still XX. All of their organs remains female, a female is not only defined by her uterus. I agree with your point, no matter how much procedures they’ve undergone or how many hormones they take, the body won’t be able to magically grow new organs lol

Why wouldn't they still be biologically female? They were born as a female, and continue identifying as one. I don't think removing a portion of your reproductive system stops that.
