I usually overthink, way more than I always overthink anyway... and that can be overwhelming to say the very least... too many thoughts, emotions and feelings, lots of overstimulation that can get hyper with energy but!! not able to do or say much, it is numbing, it is very rare though

and so then I go with something "intense" and, loud... lol, this entire album usually does it, to let it all out
