Internal bleeding sometimes eventually leads to blood pouring out of your mouth, depending on the organ that's bleeding, usually stomach lungs and I think liver would basically have you puking blood, I'm not a doctor but one can only assume any bleeding organs can cause blood out of the mouth cause when blood isn't in the veins, it looks for an exit.
