"Return to normal" about what? Having a brain injury? I have several. Didn't change anything in my day to day. Is my personality different? Maybe. Not to me, though who is to say I'd remember.
What situation are you trying to get rid of, specifically? Having a brain injury? Can't unring the bell. Being angsty about it? Just gotta accept that's not going to change anything so what's the point?

I lost my hair when I was 12 years old and then my family gave me sedatives. After drinking that medicine, my personality and self disappeared. It was as if I became a person without a personality. I still haven't been able to get out of this situation
Well the doctor prescribed the medication for a reason. What was your diagnosis? If you were perpetually engaged in violence or overtly self-destructive acts, it's probably best that you're on sedatives.

Most of the time it is not possible.
I don't think it's possible
