frequently the actual temperature is 4°f. cooler "different than the forecast" because they wanna trick people who feel hot, that global warming is more severe than reality.

all day the forecast is high, while the actual temperature at weather websites and mercury thermometer outside, not by air conditioning! are far off.

Depending on the city it is possible to see a bit of fluctuation between temperatures by area. Im not sure about 2c but possible especially if there are large geographic differences (mountains, lakes, rivers, etc.)
