I don't know about y’all but I’ve never heard of someone OD’ing on weed in the same way you can OD on heroin. I imagine weed works in a similar vein as tobacco, yes it can kill you with excessive use but more because of the risks you are exposed to as a result of using it rather than the thing itself.

According to just a quick google search, you’re wrong. Doing stuff high on weed, synthetic or otherwise, can definitely get you hurt or kill you, but just getting high and staying home doesn’t carry that same risk, certainly not in the same numbers

Comparing doing pure opium once at a non lethal dose to smoking synthetic weed once, I would say the synthetic weed is worse. There are many types of synthetic weed so it can depend but people have smoked it once and never came back mentally. Physiologically pure opium isn't super hard on the body. The danger with opiods is it will stop your respiratory system then you suffocate. So if you took a dose that doesn't stop your respiratory system a one time use isn't going to harm you.
