Pull over and go to sleep. Sleepy drivers kill more people than drunk drivers.
If you really have to do it. Sugar has always been my go to. Brisk iced tea or one of those frapps from dunkin and I'll have them throw two shots in there. It's like a shot of adrenalin if you're dozing off.
Black tea works fairly well too.

I used to work 16 hour shifts with a 2 hour round trip drive. I would listen to metal, take jet alert, punch my leg and screaming. You could keep a half frozen bottle of water and a wash cloth to rub on your face as well.
