99s kids: What is your favorite summer memory of the late 90s and Early 2000s?

Mine was going to theme parks and spending a couple summers with my cousins when "Complicated" by Avril Lavigne and " Hot in Here" by Nelly we're all hits

One of my happiest memories was visiting China as a 21 year old, because I spent a month with my aunt and uncle where I was introduced to many good neighbours, ate amazing food, and was able to relax with a collection of English books my aunt had stockpiled up in her room.

Then I spent the second month in another city with my cousin who worked as a Yoga teacher and psychologist and she would drive me around to lots of restaurants and I would hang out at the arcade while she was at work and play games on the computer.

And I spent the last month in my mother's birth city, with my aunt and uncle and cousin, where I went on shopping trips, exercised in the gym, and ate lots of good food.

An overnight fieldtrip camping. At the time it was exciting because it's the first time our school did an overnight camping fieldtrip.
