There are hundreds of books, YouTube videos and conferences by people who claim the earth is flat.

But who really believes that?

Didn't Eritosthenes demonstrate the earth was a globe, and measured its circumference, over 2000 years ago?

So, what do you really think about flatearthers?

I suspect quite a lot, remember 40% of Americans believe the earth was created in 6 days only a few thousand years ago. Go back a decade and it was around 75%.

With modern science coming under attack and more and more people turning to social media for their facts it's only a matter of time before we see a clamp down on these globlist fake news geologists

When I worked for one of the big tech companies we were doing a job for the Navy. It was to provide internet access on Naval vessels. We used microwave transceivers which worked good except that it is a line of sight connection. The curvature of the earth breaks the connection after a hundred miles or so. Using taller antennas gets extra range but it still is not adequate. We had to use a satellite.

Flat Earthers are either:

Grifters – Profiting off conspiracy merch/attention.
Loners – Craving community in a confusing world.
Performance Artists – Trolling for clicks.
The irony? They use GPS (which relies on satellites orbiting a globe) to meet at conventions. You can’t make this up.

Eratosthenes measured the size of the Earth. It was already known that the Earth was a sphere.
