I'm loving the weather where I live. I want it to stay winter for as long as possible.
It gets up to 113°F during the summer and add the humidity on top of it, I just stay home because I get very sick 🤢 in the heat. Can't go anywhere!!

Spring is a long way off. It won't get here for another 5-6 months. At the earliest towards the end of March or possibly the beginning of May. No spring is a looonnng way off yet for me.

As a gardener I'm already thinking about next spring's crop. I will be starting seeds indoors in about 10-12 weeks. I need to plan what I will be growing and get things ready before then.

Just 3 months. I estimated December 7 was earliest sunset , but around a week are at same minute , and you are right about first added light in evening! Celebration added light!

It is not the solstice. The days are still gettign shorter but the sun is coming up later in the morning.
