Do today’s boys and girls really understand the value of youth?

Wisdom is wasted on the young and time on the old i say.
No matter how good looking you are, to explain to some people that they are wrong seems a waste of time.
It seemed like yesterday when i was young, but the kids today seem to have an old person views and not the the visions they should have

Today's youth grow up faster than we did. They have technology at their fingertips and get way more experience than we did of the world around them. They also have the realization that this world is really shitty and is intentionally made harder for them because of greedy politicians and the wealthy. That's why they aren't having kids in countries with higher technology coverage.

I also think that there is some bias from the older generations when they look at the younger ones. There is jealousy that they have their whole lives in front of them while we are more acutely aware of time passing.

You say that but you clearly don’t remember what it was like to be young, how desperately young you wanted to grow up to be taken seriously and experience the freedom of adulthood.

Youth is structurally invisible to the people living inside it. You cannot fully appreciate something you've never been without.
