He is always saying my name & is constantly grabbing my attention but I don't want to think far into it if it means nothing. Like he'll start a joke & say my name a lot. Even over texts
If he says your name a lot what does that mean?
Some guys are taught that it's polite to say a person's name a couple of times to show that you have regard for them. When a guy meets a girl he really likes, this tendency becomes enhanced (x3 to x10) because he subconsciously has regard for you. Many times he's not really aware he's doing it since it's a force of habit with him.
Bottom line is that it means he likes you. It's definitely a way of grabbing your attention. If you remark on it he'll feel awkward and may shy away from you. If you like him back, let him do his thing.
(If the habit becomes too annoying, do it back to him till he remarks on it...)

When someone says your name it’s to engage you, draw your attention.
There are two reasons why I say someone’s name a lot.
1. I’m trying to learn their name because I will forget it.
2. I like them. I like a guy friend that I have know scene 11yrs. I make a point to say his name frequently to draw him in instead of using a casual hey look at his. A lot of people call him Mike instead of his full name Michael. I do this to stand out to him.
Psychological studies show that people like others who talk to them and use their names frequently. In fact they like them more than people who hardly say their name at all in a conversation.
A person hearing their name is like music to their ears.
Example: are you going to open up more to someone who says "hi, NinaNona," or just "hi" and nothing else?

When I like a girl, her name feels special to me and I feel good saying it. There is also no sound sweeter than that of your own name. He probably knows this, and he probably likes you, so saying your name gives him pleasure and makes you intrigued. Listen to him more often when he talks to other girls. If he says their names often, too, it's just his style. Otherwise, he almost definitely likes you. :)

For whatever it is worth I am consciously trying to say the name of someone I like more. However, I might also be a bit bad at using people's names generally if I am honest. Most of the time I just talk with them, I think I should try do it more and make it a habit.
I am just one person though, and of course even I say the name of people I don't like romantically. But sure, I try to remember it more when having feelings for someone. So it might be he is interested, but I would look for more signs... or be bold and just ask him out ;) -
I think he likes you but is nervous because he doesn’t know how you feel.
