She can't see us together, what does this mean?

I was talking to my crush anonymously on her tumblr and asking her questions about her past rejections so I can find out why I got rejected. In regards to me she said she rejected me because

1: She can't see us together. She can't see us doing "couple things"

2: She is DEVOTED to her crush that lives 2 hours away

Other then that she said nothing else bad! She said it's nothing physical(looks-wise) and that I really don't have to change anything. Infact she said it's mainly because of her crush she has on another guy

Based on those 2 points above though... what should I do? I assume remain her friend? Should I still show some interest?

And what does she mean she can't see us doing "couple things"? We're both 18, high school, work, so I don't get what she means? Maybe she sees me as a bit awkward? Idk, probably not..

It's true that women don't base attraction of physical(looks-wise). And it's wise to assume that you're friend-zoned.

However, if she's still committed to her crush, I think the way to her is a tough one.

Maybe she thinks sleeping with you would be awkward. I've rejected guys because I can't see myself sexually attracted to them. You could show interest, but don't over do it, enough to catch her, if it doesn't work try being friends with her. Depending on your feelings you might not be able to, but its better to be friends than have nothing at all.

I thought physical attraction and sexual attraction go hand-in-hand? What causes a girl to be sexually attracted?

They may to some girls. But, physical attraction is all about looks, and not action. Sexual attraction is more of having a wild side in bed, like for example: he takes a girl out to dinner or a movie which is sweet and cute, but then after he can take control and fulfill your needs. Knowing what to do without being told, going on instinct.

She has a pretty good guess it was you talking to her on tumblr for one. And that's a girls way of saying she's not attracted to you, which doesn't always mean physically. She doesn't have chemistry with you.

Also Aercz is wrong, we do base PART of our attraction on looks. But it's not the whole basis of attraction for us.

This isin't the first girl I've lacked chemistry with. What is chemistry exactly, and can it be built? I heard friendships lead to chemistry... which makes somewhat sense but doesn't friendship = friend zone? Meh... idk. Thoughts?

I think you come across as too much of a platonic friend. You lack sexual charge, and then you obsess over a girl's feelings (enough to anonymously ask her about her feelings on tumblr. Trust me, she knew it was you!) Relax a little bit, don't come off so invested, and make sure that you're flirting and demonstrating attraction with girls. Not obsessing over their feelings for you.

Any examples of giving off sexual charge? I'm just a bit confused, mainly because I'm too much of a "nice guy" and not willing to take risks, which is exactly why I'm in my current position! lol
