How do you guys define an unapproachable girl?

I'm curious what kinds of qualities they would define in a girl as unapproachable to see if I show any of these traits.

Depends on what you mean by unapproachable. If you mean makes us too intimidated for us to ask her out, she just has to be a lot better looking than us. Then there are a lot of women that we are not intimidated by, but don't bother asking out, because we assume they are not going to be interested in us. Tall girls, rich girls, highly educated girls. Men learn over time that women want a man to at least be her equal, or better in these categorize. Don't believe me? Go check out some single ads and see what traits women are interested in. It isn't that we don't find tall, rich, or educated women attractive, but asking them out, is like buying a lottery ticket. The odds are not in our favor. If we think they are not going to be interested in us, we won't bother asking them out. It isn't that we are afraid to ask them out. We just move on to a girl that we think we have a better chance with.

If a guy considers a girl to be 'out of his league' that's one major thing that would make a girl unapproachable. Or she could be so gorgeous to the point to where it's intimidating and he also won't dare to approach her. It could be any number of things.
