Girls, does it mean anything when you bat your eyelashes at a guy?

Me and this girl have been talking a lot lately and she seems to like talking to me. Today we were with some friends and I was talking to one of them and she was there too. My friend and I were discussing movies and I usually have no problem swearing but she was there, so I refrained from saying the "f" word and I turned and told her I couldn't bring myself to swear in front of a lady.

My friend then said "oh, look how nice he is, isn't he an angel?" And this girl put her hands under her chin and started smiling and batting her eyelashes at me. She looked really cute doing that and I wonder if there's any meaning behind it. I mean , I've seen her around other people and she laughs and everything but she doesn't do anything like this and people feel awkward because when me and her are in the room, its like we ignore everybody else and just focus on each other (at least I feel that way because we are ALWAYS talking) do you think it means anything?

Its quite possible that she is flirting with you and is impressed by you being a gentleman in that moment.

I usually only do that as a joke, haha!

But some women do that to flirt.

LOL well, I'm sure she was aware because she even posed and everything (resting her head on her hands and everything) and up to a couple of weeks ago, she was a bit distant with me and I would try to talk to her but now I don't even have to try, I'll stay quiet for a few minutes and she'll find something to ask me.

I don't do it a lot and when I do it's not intentional. It's usually out of nerves or confusion.

Thinking about it I haven't intentionally flirted since I can't even remember. I am friendly and have a bit of banter with people but it doesn't mean anything! but I haven't flirted in too long. Maybe I should.

I've never done it, always think it looks like the girl's got something in her eye, but in general it's a flirting thing especially if it's only aimed at one person.
