What does it mean when a new female co-worker winks at you?

My company hired a new receptionist. She has been here for 3-5 days. She has been winking at me and I to my knowledge I am the only one receiving this gesture. I am not good AT ALL at knowing wether or not she is flirting. When it is just the two of us either in passing or conversation we make constant eye contact. I get this feeling of wanting to jump her bones because she has these beautiful blue eyes. However, I know I don't read women well so I've left it as it is.

She winked at me slower today and I decided I wanted to do it back. When she needed help I found a solution and told her to let me know if she needed another help, I winked at her at the end of the sentence and walked away. She giggled and said thank you. I didn't look back as I was trying not to seem eager or too easy.

So my question is am I reading too much into this?

She could be winking at others and I haven't seen it. Any direction or insight is appreciated. Thank you.

It just got complicated. She has a boyfriend but, has been standing closer to me and even went out of her way to touch my back and arm when she could have gone around me and avoided contact all together. She only mentioned the boyfriend briefly then she was awkward for a few hours before she made physical contact. She was filling out paper work for me, which required me to look over it, instead of handing it to me she asked if I saw anything else that needed to filled in.

I stepped closer standing over her and she moved her hair to the side revealing her neck. She basically had me in a tight space next to her. After that is when she touched me.
