What does it mean when a girl says she has feelings for you?

Question

I told her how I feel about her and I think she has slight feelings for me too, but she has never told me how she feels about me.

We were having a conversation yesterday and out of the blue she said, "I have feelings for you."

I asked her if this is true, she said "Yes".

Then I told her I care about her a lot and she said, "I care about you too... a lot. More than I should."

So what does this mean?

She wants to continue seeing you to see where things will go from here. But don't rush into a relationship right now, just continue talking to her about her feelings and see where she wants this to go. If she says she wants to wait then be patient with her, if she says she wants to pursue a relationship with you then ask her on a date and try to make your move then. Just don't wait too long because if you do then she might start thinking that you're not as serious about her as you said you are. This exact conversation happened between me and my current boyfriend when we first started spending time with one another. I really wanted to start a relationship with him but he took too long to ask me out. I thought he was just lying about the things he said to me about his feelings and that he was just leading me on. However, I didn't give up on him and just waited it out to see where things went. A few days later he finally asked me to be his girlfriend. He told me he just wanted to wait for the perfect moment, which was my graduation day from high school. We're still together today and really happy. So basically, what I'm saying is talk to her again and see what she wants from you, and then pursue whatever she wants. Hope I helped!

well if she says she has feelings for you and cares about you, it means she has feelings for you and cares about you lol.  The "more than I should" part just means she's scared.  But for god's sake man...you already know the feelings are mutual, so pursue it! : )

She likes you and wants to start something with you. No girl would tell you these things if she wasn't interested in you or wasn't sure. Like the others have said, take it slow (if you do want to pursue a relationship with her) and things will unfold.
