Steam was coming out of my eyes, help?

I was jogging today, then when I finished, I noticed steam coming out of my eyes while I was laying down to do abs, I could see the steam up in the air, I was like holy sh*t! Is this normal?

I run xc in the fall and my team had similar experiences. From a scientific point of view not only temperature but humidity play a factor in whether you would see steam or water vapor. It is not anything to really worry about, it was just ambient conditions allowing you to see sweat evaporate off your body to cool you if that makes sense.

I would say it's not an everyday thing. I happened to you so it's not abnormal.

Steam is formed when water is warmer than the air temperature around it. Your eyes have water on them, a lot of it, if you were sweating your sweat probably would have been steaming as well. Your eyes are watery and warmer than the air you were running in, thus steam.

was it cold out? it's just the difference in air of your body heat and the outdoor temperature

No I was in the garage and the temperature was 55
