For context: she said she’s not coming because it’ll be in Catholic Church and she said it’s boring.

I am going through my parents getting separated so I wanted to see what others were going through. If anyone wants/needs prayers or kind encouragement just let me know! 🙂

I get it, I’m not 21 anymore but I’m not 55 either why I should be called ma’am. Like for example the lady at the store addressed me as ma’am and she’s older than me! She said “ma’am your daughter is running out the store” (my daughter is a very rambunctious toddler) and of course I ran after her and got her.. but the point is the lady knew I was young enough to have a small child so why use ma’am and not miss?

So a few days ago I ran into a comment debate, two GAG users were debating, one user a male said that "black women are at the bottom of the barrel and men will not get into serious relationships with them" to which the female user replied and said to the male user

"speak for yourself and say that you, yourself put black women at the bottom of the barrel and that you will not get into serious relationships with them, because some men do get into serious relationships with them and put them at the top of the barrel".

This debate was quite heated I must say... these users added links to studies and statistics etc.

But now I want to know what other male GAG users have to say,

Do you guys put black women at the bottom of the barrel, are they your last pick and would you not get into a serious relationship with them, i. e. marriage?

DISCLAIMER: Race is a dating preference, therefore please feel free to honestly express your preferences what ever they might be, I will not judge you at all for it because almost everybody has racial dating preferences, and it does not make you a racist. It's like saying you prefer women with lighter skin -less melanin- because that looks attractive to you. Or even like saying you prefer women with darker skin-more melanin- because that looks more attractive to you, this is not racism.

There is nothing wrong with preferring people who you are visually attracted to.

If you did stop missing him, was that near the end of your relationship, or during a rough patch?

So I went out with this guy for a week. Met on an app, bonded over spiderman and love of super heroes, im a comic book collector so i had photos of that on my profile. (I had spiderman on my profile, he didn't, none of the mention) Easy to say though the 2nd meet was not great and I ended things, he was after something I wasn't.

I've now logged back into the app and his updated his profile to all spiderman and superheroes. He had none if these before.

Is he doing this to tease me?

I feel like traumatized still scared. I took 2 medicines that the doctor gave me this morning , I was eating fine with my mom at a restraunt & my throat began to close I cudnt swallow my saliva at all I felt like only a tiny hole on the right side of throat was open. My tounge and mouth was numb I felt I lost my tounge. Since my mom doesn’t know how to drive I had drive myself to the doctor 10 min away and so scary. I feel tired sleepy and drained and still paranoid it’ll happen again even tho I no longer will take that medicine. I’m very traumatized n scared now at home. 😓

Me and my boyfriend have just bought our first house together, we've still got all the paperwork to get through so nothing is official yet but fingers crossed it's ours.

We only went in to look at it to be noisy at first but we instantly fell in love. We couldn't get the house out of our minds I'm still so excited I can't believe soon it will be ours.

It's in a great area and we got it for so cheap to because it's a fixer but it's a 3 bedroom Victorian house. Me and my partner think it's gorgeous. It still has a lot of the original Victorian features in it like the fireplaces and doors.

It's so, so pretty. Me and my boyfriend are very much into vintage stuff. I just think vintage never goes out of style and it's so classic whilst modern houses are tacky and cheaply made. It's all to flashy and tends are constantly changing. I really hate all this grey what's in fashion right now. It's your house it needs lots of light, colour and character to make you feel at home.

a lot of our friends and family have mixed views on the house and think we need to turn it modern but we like it the way it is and we our just gonna work around it. I'd hate to ruin such a stunning house I feel so lucky to hopefully been living in soon.
