The survey, which used a representative sample of around a thousand American voters, was conducted in late July 2025. Specifically, it asked, "If Donald Trump was officially implicated in Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking activities, would this make you more likely to vote for another party, or would it not affect your vote for Donald Trump?" Forty-seven percent of Republican respondents said such a revelation would not affect their vote. The survey did not ask whether respondents personally approved of the president's hypothetical implication in Epstein's crimes.

So to them 'pedo's are ok as long as its people i like'.

And before any maga's come in here no i would never have voted for either of the Clintons if they were implicated too (i wasn't old enough to vote for bill and i voted third party in 2016 anyways). Unlike them i do subscribe to the 'pedo's are bad no matter who it is' idea. I think it serves people well to believe in that.

Of course, I reached that age threshold years ago. It feels weird knowing some of my peers already have kids in middle school or are high school teachers.

Of course, my adolescent years sucked, but sometimes I miss the days when I didn't have to be an adult. I miss the days when I had those "rose colored glasses" where I didn't see many of these adults' true colors and how shitty they or the world really is. I miss the days when I had more of a support system and was given the benefit of the doubt when I was naive or made a mistake.

I never had a girlfriend in middle school or high school anyways. I didn't meet the love of my life and my first real girlfriend until I was 29. This is one of the few positive events in my life that brought positivity to my adulthood. We are about to get married, and it will be our very first (and hopefully ONLY) marriage. Better late than never!
