Today i saw the most romantic thing in my life. I work directly opposite a kindergarten school and i can see into the play area from my second story office building window. I often watch the kids playing and don't really think much about it, but today i was glued to my window as i watched pure love and romance for about 20 minutes, it melted my heart completely.
As the clock buzzer sounded kids came rushing out onto the playground and the street was filled once again with cries and laughter of kids. I few minutes in to play time i noticed a girl playing in the sand area and it seemed like she was trying to attempt to build a sandcastle using the oddly shaped bucket and spade. I must admit it was cute watching her little arms and legs toil in the heat as she shifted the and scopped the sand from the pit into the bucket. Unfortunately for her, by the time the bucket was full she could not lift it to fill some water to make the sand damp. Meanwhile a young "romeo" was watching her every move unbenounced to her attention.
He came to her assistance and never spoke a word to her and neither did she (maybe they knew each other well or something). To my amazement he proceeded to assist her by carrying the bucket all the way to the tap (although it was still too heavy for him) and filled it with water until i assume it was damp enough. Realizing that the bucket had become even heavier he proceeded to slide the mud mixture to her. Meanwhile she stood and watched his efforts with an almost intense gaze, maybe mavelling at his strength :) . Once the mixture was back to the sandpit area, she proceeded to use the spade and built the somewhat odd looking mud piles (one on top of each other). While she built the "castle" he went around the pit cleaning up the leaves and flatening the surface so that she had a good clean level workspace. They did all of this without saying a word. It was so cute to see them do this, they could not have a care about the outside world. What matter to him was that she could built her castle and for her, his presence to provide the nessary help. It was so well comunicated between the two of the that words were not needed. Also when other kids came to play in the pit area, he must have said something to them, because he pointed at her and said something to them and then turned around and left.
After she completed her masterpiece, she went up to him (he had been watching her built it all along) and held his sleeve, oh god its so cute, and then walked with him to the bench where the two of them sat down and watched the other kids play. Still they never said one word to each other, but its like they were both so content with each other and nothing mattered to them except the company of each other. If i am honest, my eyes went a bit "watery" after seeing that. They stayed there for the next 10 minutes or so being with each other. When the buzzer sounded again he held her hand and the two of them walked together into class. It was so cute
Sometimes i wonder have we as adults forgotton that type of love?
We always look for so many things in our relationships rather than just let the love flow?
The only thing I remember about kindergarten. This really tall boy was pushing me on a swing. After a point he pushed me so high I got scared and yelled for my dad to save me. I wasn't scared of the boy or anything he was my best friend at the time. I was just scared of how high I was since i was extremely small.:D
I've been casually dating this guy for a few months now and the last time I was over his house, we were on the couch, he'd turned an important baseball game on and as I was looking at and massaging his weary feet, I noticed from the corner of my eye he was just staring at me without saying anything. I took my time, then moved on to the other foot and he just stared. This went on for a good 10 minutes. When I finished I simultaneously said done and looked at him and he kinda jumped, startled and looked at the game as if he'd been watching it the whole time. It was ADORABLE and, directing my thoughts toward him, I thought 'yeeeaaah, you love me' ♡
OMG! My eyes got watery too <3 we made ourselves very demanding and occupied with stuff we shouldn't be occupied with, and may I say how amazing your threading of the story, you should really consider writing. It'll be amazing.
That was very cute, but they are just kids. They could of just been friends, I had a little guy friend through Kindy.
