When everyone asks me the typical question, "why do you still not have a bf?" I always say that I am not interested in boys but rather in MEN, which is half the truth, Yes I don't wish to date a boy who doesn't grow a beard yet or who needs my permission to kiss me or only wants a two months relationship before he dumps me.
No thanks, I pass. But there are more reasons that make me believe that I still have to wait for my other half, and that he is somewhere in the world. Here are the 10 things I wish to find in a man, please read till the end to avoid misunderstandings.
1 ~ Dominant
When I asked my mom why would she wait for my father for 17 years without getting with another man nor being touched by another guy while he was in another country, she said that no man could ever make her feel like him, and she knew he would come back eventually. For all the feminists who radically oppose male domination and think that men and women should be equals in bed as well are missing on a lot.
You'd say I'm a virgin and how would I know? I am just acting on instinct, I want a man who can dominate me sexually and intimidate me with his brains. It'd make me feel safer, more feminine, trust my man more with my body and soul and on top of that it'd make things less complicated because he doesn't wait for my permission every two seconds which I think is irrelevant.
2 ~ Responsible
Some may think it is something we can overlook in a relationship but only a responsible person would bear the consequences of his acts, also responsible guys tend to have a vision, they want to create and build a steady life so there is higher chances that he will commit to the relationship for long term. He'd be supportive and more loyal, also he would be more careful not to break your heart. A guy who admits his mistakes and tries to do better is the hottest of all.
3 ~ Older
I can hear you saying oh but age doesn't matter, blablablabla... I am sorry to break it to you, us girls love older guys, at least 5 years older. Women develop faster than guys till a certain point, usually boys want to have fun meanwhile girls want commitment. Who can blame me? I want a guy who is over the phase where I should go out with him to night clubs and get wasted. Plus, young boys are either unconfident, shy, confused, all day horny or arrogant, none is my type,
4 ~ Hot N Cold
Call me sweetheart, kiss my nose, tell me how much my jokes suck, don't answer my text instantly, tell me I am beautiful but fuck me like you want to ruin me, look at me while I'm busy doing something else and smile but frown when I don't pay attention enough to you.... This shit always happens in books but never in real life, I am so frustrated.
5 ~ Lemme Be Clingy
I don't care if she is just a friend or a coworker, if I feel like she is a threat I will dislike her, if she makes you happier than I do, I will hate her so please let me show her that I CAN take care of you and if we fight, don't tell her, just ring my number and pretend I'm someone else. I'll pretend I am a friend and you can tell me whatever bothers you. I cannot bear to see your head on someone else's shoulder, I cannot bear not being there for you.
6 ~ Have a Vision
A man who has a vision, a goal, an aim in this life is every girl's dream. I don't care how impossible your dream is, I don't care if you want to be superman or the next Grey or just a successful entrepreneur. I will support you whatever vision you have, I want to hear you talk about it at three in the a.m with passionate eyes and I will fall in love with you.
7 ~ Notice Me
I know that I am not the most beautiful girl in the room but only if you look at me and whisper how you like my lips or smile... I'll feel like the most beautiful girl in the world.
8 ~ Don't Be Afraid
If I was fire and you were gasoline, do not be afraid... I can break your heart and you can break mine, but not everything that's broken shall be thrown, we can try and try again and having faith is the oxygen of relationships. No matter how bad things can get, have faith that we can fix it and don't be afraid to get heartbroken.
9 ~ Believe
Believe in God, in us, in yourself or in me, believe in whatever you want... I can only love you more and more if you do.
10 ~ Accept The Differences
I may be from Venus and you can be from Mars but I don't care as long as you can accept that I am not identical to you but don't worry, just because I think differently that doesn't mean I will not understand you or be compassionate.
I hope someone I will find this guy and I'll let him go away, this is just my ideal prince on a white horse and I never said that it applies to all girls, please respect that.
