How many times have you heard that "You are a nice guy, dont ever change" I heard that so many times in high school and growing up. Friend-zoned? OF COURSE!!!

So let us see why this happens....

We examine the chart above..

And we examine this.

We we get to one of these stages. We date them. Things go certain ways, and sometimes, it goes south. They say "you are a nice guy" What the hell does that mean? You are a nice guy? you letting us down easily?

We do everything by the playbook, we do everything to keep it new and fresh. We remember anniversaries.. But then.. You got the majority..

Ah yes. Those who have those friends who tell them "oh he is ugly, he is one of them, and whatever else can be made up or some stereotype can be made.

How do they know who you are and how big your heart is?

I'm a genuinely nice and friendly person by default. The key is to stand your ground and to be assertive when necessary.

When it comes to women, it comes down to valuing my time and not wanting to waste it, on a person who isn't worth it. When I am into a woman, I make my interest known early and make a move (flirtation, asking for her contact info). None of this 'friends first' stuff.

That way, if she isn't interested in me for whatever reason, my time investment was minimal.

When it comes to the whole "nice guy" topic, the most important thing is to distinguish between being a genuinely nice person and being boring or a pushover. They are not at all the same things.

Yup. I'm a single virgin :P I do not blame anyone or anything about my relationship status. It just is. There is nothing more to be said about it.

I possess a certain amount of self respect also. I refuse stereotypes because they are silly in stupid ways (nice guy, bad boy etc...). I also do not ask why I do not have a girlfriend and I also do not get asked why I do not have a girlfriend. When I get this question, I would say "Just living life." or "My life is taking it's course. It's natural and normal.".

But I will always stay true to myself and be myself. Nothing will change me unless I want to change and get changed.
