I feel like my bf just does the bare minimum to keep me around and that he doesn't even love me?

It's weird but my gut keeps saying that he's just keeping me around for now because I'm most convenient for now. But 2 years from now he would be able to leave me for greener pastures without looking back.

I don't know why I feel this way. He has never treated me wrong or be abusive in anyway. But I have never felt really wanted or loved during the 7 months we've been together. We do spend time together but that could be for selfish reasons.

Do you love him? If so why would you be willing to let him go just like that? You just need to talk to him. With my bf if I ever have any questions about him and his feelings I just simply ask and asking makes me feel a lot better because you see, you never know until you ask!

That makes sense. But he has never tried to impress me with anything even little things. Is that normal? I just see my friends being treated differently by their bfs. That's why I ask.

Yeah I totally understand you its frustrating at times with my bf too because he doesn't buy me flowers or do anything romantic for me but after hearing about his father leaving at the age of 6 and is still not around today for him at the age of 22 it makes sense that he doesn't know how to show love or treat a woman I still know that he loves me because of the gestures that he makes towards me the long stares etc. look for love in the way of your bfs gestures his body language, you'll know. Also maybe tell him hey I know you love me but I need you to show it to me. Thats what I did and my bf told me that he didn't know how to show it.

Just talk to him we women sometimes forget that men can't read our minds, just talk to him :)

Also its only been 7 month's that y'all have been together so you guys are still getting know what eachother likes and doesn't. Dont rush anything just focus in getting to know each other

Every small bit of information you have given to us above would lead someone to dump him.

Acknowledge and move on. The more time you spend with him the more time you miss out on meeting/finding someone that does value you.

You will end up over 30 and have an even harder time meeting someone. Don't waste your prime years!
