Selfish boyfriend changes our plans?

My boyfriend always changes plans last minute to suit him and expects me to be fine with it? He says he will spend the day with me then messages me to say he'll probably go out with his friends first then see me?

He loves cars and majority of what we do is based around what he plans? Whenever I suggest anything he makes an excuse about money or the weather? I've told him before and he doesn't listen? His parent say he has always been quite selfish? What can I do before I end up just giving up?

Because he have to pay for the dinner so he is escaping most of the time then he can spend less.

He have to be because he is spending it, you don't help so he can be.

Nothing, you can have a sit down with him and a nice chat about it then if he doesn't try to work things through then I'd suggest taking a break... but thats me:D
