Is it right for me to be mad that my boyfriend watches Orange is the New Black?

This question is pretty self explanatory. He watches it on his own, and he's already done with season 3. I watch it, and know there's a lot of lesbian scenes and scenes of girls topless. It pisses me off that he watches it. Should I be mad?

The point is not actually if you should or not be mad at him (imho, no you shouldn't), but why. Are you insecure about yourself and your relationship?

Liking this series is not necessarily because he craves for the actresses and their hotness - porn is out there for the jerkers with this sole purpose. And even if he was fancy about them, come on, what harm do you think those women could make for you? Would he dump you and travel to their places and desperately try to hook up with them?

Men NEVER stop liking women, the female of our species, even if they date, get married or whatever (unless they're gay, but this is another story).

This doesn't mean he wants to cheat on you or anything like this. Know your man. If he would be wanting to grab other girls on his bed, it would not be because he watches this series at all. If he is with you he has reasons for it, doesn't he?

I'd suggest you to chill about it and why don't you start watching a series like Spartacus, for example? It has a massive amount of straight sex with hunks that could make the most sensitive very self-counscious (and some hell of a plot). Watch it and show it to your boyfriend. See how is his reaction.

I think you should break up with him. Don't take this the wrong way, but it's because you must be crazy if you're so freaking jealous over that he is watching a TV show which has topless scenes.

If you think it's ok for him to get mad at you when you watch the notebook or other chick flick then yes. But if you can watch or read things that make you fantasize (since we fantasize mentally) then you can't be upset for him watching something that may or may not potentially fill his visual fantasy. (Since men are visually stimulated) same goes for porn.
