Testicles have thousands of nerve endings meaning they are extremely sensitive. Those nerves are also attached to the stomache, meaning you feel pain in your groin AND gut. If kicked hard enough a guy can be incapacitated, pass out, become infertile, and in some cases die. I hope that answers your question
