It was a joke on Chris Rock's Kill the Messenger. For example, a woman won't date a guy who takes the bus after dating a guy who has his own car. And guys won't date a woman who refuses to have sex until marriage after dating a girl who wants to do it everyday, for example.

I dont think so. I've been in a sexual relationship before, but I wouldn't mind dating someone great, who would want to wait until marriage. I am willing to compromise on sex if she is worth it.

As for transportation, it depends on the options available, I guess.

No, at least in my own case from the male POV. I would date women who wouldn't have sex right away even though I'd had lots of girlfriends who did. I did eventually leave them for women who would have sex but I gave them a fair chance.
