I think you did all you could do. I was gonna suggest to stop talking to him and contact him another account that shows the really you but you already did that on IG. It seems he isn't interested in the real you. :/

The only other thing I could suggest is creating another snapchat account and showing him the real you. It'd probably be easier then with IG where you can only DM him.
