My ex played with my emotions and feelings all of the time. He made me feel like I was in the wrong for wanting attention and affection. He would yell at me and make me feel bad for wanting to see him and spend time with him and asked me why I was so clingy. I only got to see him maybe once a week because he was so 'busy'. He would never call me and would never text me first. He wouldn't even answer my texts half the time. We were together for three years. He just stopped talking to me all together just a couple weeks ago. Some boys are just awful. It's not all of them though. You'll find one who is up front with you and won't toy with your emotions.

Because there was nothing good to watch on TV! :) Seriously, all guys don't do this and overgeneralizing will not do you any good. Instead, ask yourself why you have had this experience in the past. If it has happened to you several times, then perhaps you are subconsciously selecting the kind of guys who will end up doing this.

You can only control your behavior, so focus on what you can do to prevent this from happening again.

At our age that's just a common mentality. From my own experience I think it has a lot to do with inexperience. I've made a few mistakes which I won't make again but overall, I can't say I purposely ever meant to hurt a girl...

Anyways, I would recommend you go for an older guy in his mid-late 20s who has a settled lifestyle and is not a "party boy". It will save you the heartbreak trust me 😊

I don't feel like it's intentional most of the time.
Usually it's poor communication and understanding of what's going on, self discovery or simply not being aware of what's happening.

Males tend to take longer to develop social dynamics and awareness. Often being rather clueless to chain of events or what's going on.

The more direct and forthcoming you can be to a guy, the more likely they develop the understanding of what's going on.

If a guys just looking for sex. But the girl has a if i have sex with him now he'll want a relationship later. she's gonna get her heart broken.
