When at work, it's almost like he becomes my identity. I asked coworkers if they wanted a drink, I'll buy for them... Now he does that. I tried this drink once, now he buys it and tries it. He asked me what I listen to, now he listens to it. What the hell? Why does he do that?

He either has no personality of his own and is trying to fit in by doing the things that seem to make you fit in...

Or he's being a d*ck and messing with your head.

If he's doing it in order to get your attention and show you both have a lot in common, then he's doing a really piss poor job of it.

He's attracted to you. This can be physical attraction or personality attraction but he's trying to get you to like him.
