I'm gonna go against the tide and say that you should be worried, even though it technically isn't doing any harm right now it shows that he has some sexual interests that you might not be fulfilling. Might potentially cheat further down the line.

As for him liking other girls photos, no you shouldn't be worried about that at all, assuming they are his friends, or friends of his friends.
