Why am I so Jealous of other people's relationships?

I Just can't get over it. Everyone seems to be the most happiest they've ever been. It makes me sad that I don't have what they have. I don't have the same happy types of relationships that they have. I'm the only one that seems to be living in a loop of misery. They all seem to get along well with each other and seem to be accomplishing more than I am.

Success is all what seems to be written in their destiny. I seem to be Jealous of everything Happy couples, Happy families that live together without conflict, Success in other people's lives, Achievements other people make the list Just goes on. It's becoming so Intolerable knowing that I'll never be able to have what they have, and live how they're living 😞

Hey you’re not alone, everywhere I look I see people in relationships and it makes me sad and jealous, it was so unstandable that I don’t go to restaurants or out to eat anymore (also because I hate the “oke then loser” look the waiters and waitresses give me when I say I’ll be eating alone) and I don’t hangout with my friends anymore cause they always bring their girlfriends 🙄 also because they never invite me because they always do big group dates 🙄😞 but trust me I get it and it’s ok just try to distract yourself from it and don’t pay attention to them and pay attention to yourself, you’ll be more happy that way and you won’t notice as much

Yeah I try to live in my own world, I try to Just focus on me and only me. But when people start creating these "Perfect Images" of how happy they are together, and show people that they are "Lucky" to have one another in their lives it throws me off my balance. I start feeling sad and neglected, the feeling is Just unexplainable. Basically I'm short I was them in that position. Distracting myself has become so Impossible these days. The more I try to get away, the more I suddenly encounter other "Happy" couples. These people are Just everywhere I go...😞

Yeah that's exact same traits and features that I have. I'm all of the 3 things you mentioned above.

Being jealous is normal but you shouldn't be so upset over how happy they look because you never know if it is just for show. Just try distracting yourself so you don't think so much about others and their happiness and focus on your own. You will eventually find that happiness someday.

It really gets on my nerves, even when they aren't showing it you can tell they're happy. It's really hard to distract yourself, when that's the only thing that's on your mind and bothering you. I hope I'll be able to rid myself of this thinking. I can only hope I'll receive the same happiness.
